Reiki training is catorgorized by degrees, much like martial arts. There are three degrees or levels of this training that you can achieve. To know Reiki is to know a great form of energy healing discovered by Japanese meditation expert Dr. Mikao Usui. This concept of energy healing is believed to be used thousands of years ago. Reiki helps heal everything from modern head colds to headaches and much more deeper illnesses. The Reiki healer will simply use their hands for channeling good energy and promote healing to the patient. The healer will have to be able to be very focused and into the process. Reiki healing will take five to six sessions for progress to the patient.
Reiki Training
The first installment to Reiki training is the first degree which introduces the student to the actual art of Reiki. This beginner’s course will teach you what Reiki can do for you and what it is used for. This will include the way to use it and how to use it and when to give it. The student will note the historical value and the ancient methods used in the healing in this next installment of Reiki training. During this degree, the student will notice the flow of energy will intensify within. They will also learn you can heal someone tens of thousands of miles away. Once the student has finished this degree, he or she may practice on other people.
Third degree Reiki will take you even further into the process of training. The first two degrees are just for those who wish to practice it but in the final degree, one will learn how to become a teacher and a Reiki master. More complex healing cycles will be taught and the student will able to use Reiki symbols to help the healing process in this final division of Reiki training. The goal here is to develop a student into a Reiki master and allow him or her the tools to teach others the art of healing.
