Reiki Chakras are an innovative and highly effective healing technique using the hands. Reiki chakras was first developed by a Tibetan Buddhist and a physician named Dr. Mikao Usui in the late 1880′s. This form of healing technique is taught and used by many people throughout the world. The reiki means universal spirit and ki means energy so this healing technique is known as using a universal spirit and energy to heal people. The main purpose of reiki chakras is to eliminate toxic energy from your life force which typically includes physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of a person’s life. The reiki chakras helps people gain an equilibrium of energy that creates harmony of the human body and therefore allows it to heal more easily.

Reiki Chakras

There are seven parts and aspects of reiki chakras. Each one heals certain parts of the body. The first chakra is located at the base of the spine. This part helps people gain the benefits of survival, safety and security. It also helps enhance and improve physical functions such as excretion, digestion and reproduction. This chakra treats the ailments such as constipation, diarrhea, prostate and vaginal ailments and chronic fatigue. The spiritual aspects of the first chakra help eliminate suicidal tendencies, panic, and helps people overcome obstacles that prevent them from reaching their goals. The second chakra is located just above the genitals and helps deal with issues such as sexuality, self esteem, power, and emotional control. This technique helps enhance physical functions of the reproductive organs, the kidneys, the bladder and the pancreas. The second chakra helps deal with ailments of infertility, spinal disc ailments, diabetes, cancer and urinary tract and kidney complications.

For the third of the chakras, this one is located above the naval. The issues this chakra addresses are allowing people to function normally in distress, have long term relationships and have a love of family. As far as physical functions are concerned this influences adrenal glands, provides muscular energy and improves heartbeat and circulation. This chakra helps overcome nervous disorders and chronic fatigue. A fourth chakra is located by the cervical vertebra of the spine and that is the opposite region of the heart. This addresses moving beyond the diaphragm and from the outer to inner body temple. This allows a person to sympathize with vibrations and understand energy and atmospheres. The fourth chakra helps regulate emotional life.

Chakras number five, six and seven are located on the neck, eyebrows and the crown of the head. These chakras address self control, control of the body and mind along with increasing one’s awareness. The chakras address ailments such as headaches, sore throat, the flu, and Parkinsons and Alzheimers disease. The chakras are a spiritual and physical treatment option that allows people to gain control and optimal health in a convenient way. Chakras can be a valuable part of anyone’s health care regimen and allow them to live safe and happy lives. Reiki chakras are an excellent way to both improve emotional well being and physical health.
